First: How to ensure that you are consistently getting the health, fitness, and rehabilitative benefits that you want from Tai Chi.  If you aren't doing what's written in this Manual I absolutely guarantee that you are not getting the health and wellness benefits from Tai Chi that you think you are.  

 

Second: How to ensure that you can consistently have and feel real "Chi" on a regular basis. The feeling of Chi is a direct function of having everything in your body firing on all cylinders. Of course Chi is there all of the time or you would be dead, but you have to have proper structure to be able to feel it and use it.
