What you really have to learn to get on the right path with Tai Chi is
1) How to build the correct body structure and then move while maintaining that structure.
2) How to build the sensation of chi in your body to receive and then generate force.
3) How to focus your intention to guide your chi and therefore your body.
4) How to raise and focus your spirit and then apply it to your Tai Chi practice.
Though I do recommend that you get a qualified teacher, sometimes there simply isn't one available. Other times you have a good teacher and simply want to have some extra resources to supplement your classes. Either way, I can help.
